At the age of 37, First Team’s Sean Stanfield is the youngest agent to  set and maintain record home sales for the city of Huntington Beach. In fact, so far this year, Stanfield has an astounding sales volume of over $1 billion and climbing.

 Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Stanfield began his real estate career at the age of 18. Nearly 17 years later,  Sean’s dedication, strong focus and desire to succeed has lead him to become First Team Real Estate’s #1 Top Producer, a coveted title Sean has held since 1998, ranking #1 out of nearly 2,000 First Team agents in 36 offices spanning Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties and the Coachella Valley.
