SURF CITY'S REALTOR SEAN STANFIELD CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THE EDINGER BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT
Well-known for his philanthropic endeavors targeted towards the preservation of Huntington Beach, First Team’s Sean Stanfield donated $25,000 dollars to the “Friends of Huntington Harbour, Inc.” for their elaborate Edinger beautification project in 2005. Stanfield’s title sponsorship donation, which earned him the title “Huntington Beach Angel”, kicked off a multi-tiered plan targeted at improving Edinger Avenue from Saybrook Lane to Countess Avenue after 30 years of neglect and deterioration. Two years later, Stanfield was proudly on hand for the completion of one of the Edinger Project’s major phases – curb installation and clearing of the area.
“Our organization has about $72,000 now and Sean has just contributed another $5,000 towards our goal,” said Dorothy Ralphs, Chairman of the Committee of 1000 and Vice President of the Edinger Project for the Sea Isle Garden Club. “With his efforts, it boosts the enthusiasm of the residents and the donations seem to increase. With help from people like Sean, a local resident of Huntington Harbour, we are going to see a major improvement to your neighborhood.”
Stanfield’s love for the Huntington Beach is undeniable. Born and raised in the area, raising his family in this popular coastal community was an easy choice. An avid supporter of several local organizations, including Cure Autism Now and the Huntington Youth Shelter, Stanfield has also donated thousands of dollars to Huntington Beach schools and various preservation projects. Keeping Huntington Beach beautiful is an effort he places high importance on, and the Edinger Project is just one more example of that.
Stanfield began his real estate career at the age of 18. Nearly 19 years later, Sean’s unrivaled dedication lead him to become First Team’s #1 sales producer since 1998 out of nearly 2,000 First Team agents across Southern California. That’s why it was no surprise when the “The Real Estate Top 200”, sponsored by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, announced Stanfield as the #1 agent in Southern California, #2 in California and #5 nationwide for individual agents with a sales volume of approximately $178,726,000 for 2006.
Stanfield specializes in the communities of Huntington Harbour, Downtown Huntington Beach, Huntington Seacliff, Edwards Hill, Sunset Beach and Surfside. He also specializes in the prestigious golf communities of Palm Springs and surrounding desert areas through the Stanfield Residential Group and exclusively represents the Harbour Bay Homes development, a premier waterfront luxury estates homebuilder, on all of their Huntington Harbour projects.
“Huntington Beach is one of the most affordable beach communities in Southern California and it has a huge variety of properties in every price range - from tract homes, country club homes to dock-oriented harbor homes and equestrian homes,” said Stanfield. “In fact, I recently sold a condo for $380,000 that’s only a half mile from the coast. I’ll never stop selling in the full gamut of price ranges. The reality is that Huntington Beach delivers the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to the beach-oriented lifestyle.
