Brigitte Golay Haberl is highly regarded by clients and peers alike, as a vivacious go-getter who truly loves her job. Brigitte is dedicated to identifying the needs of her clients to best assist them. Brigitte discovered her knack for real estate while working in the mortgage industry. For 15 years, her comprehensive mortgage expertise grew to include originations, underwriting and fund processing. While continuing to pursue her mortgage career, Brigitte assisted friends with their own real estate endeavors and seamlessly closed multiple transactions before making the full-time switch to real estate. Although Brigitte's area of specialty is Huntington Beach, a community she fondly calls home, she has sold real estate in nearly every city of Orange County. With her extensive mortgage background and fluency in speaking Spanish, Brigitte makes a point to educate clients so they understand each step of the sometimes complex home buying or selling process. When it comes to ensuring my client's best interest, I never depend on someone's word, said Brigitte. Even though she is a full-time realtor, Brigitte continues to stay on top of mortgage guidelines and program changes so that she can continue to effectively advise her clients.
